The Fax and the Woodcutter/이솝우화

 

Some hunters were chasing a fox.

the fax saw a woodcutter, and asked him for help.

"please hide me, and woodcutter." the fax said.

the woodcutter told the fox to go into his house.

soon the hunters came.

They asked the woodcutter, "Did you see a fox?"

The woodcutter said, "NO," but pointed to has house.

The hunters didn't know why the woodcutter pointed.

They went away.

After a while the fox came out of the house.

The fax didn't say, "Thank you."

The woodcutter got angry at the fox.

"Why didn't you say thank you?" he asked.

" I wanted to thank you." the fox said.

"But I saw you signal to the hunter.

Your words did not match your actions."

 

You should act and speak the same-kindly.

 

여우와 목수/이솝우화

 

몇몇 사냥꾼들이 여우를 쫒고 있었어요.

여우는 목수를 보고, 도움을 요청했어요.

"제발 살려 주세요 친절한 목수님" 여우는 말했어요.

목수는 여우를 자신의 집 안으로 들여보내주었어요.

곧 사냥꾼들이 도착했어요.

그들은 목수에게 물었어요. "여우 못 봤소?"

"아뇨"목수는 말했어요. 대신 그의 집으로 손가락질을 했죠.

사냥꾼들은 왜 목수가 그랬는지 이해하지 못했어요.

사냥꾼들은 떠났죠.

한참 후 여우가 집에서 나왔어요.

여우는 "고맙습니다"라는 말을 하지 않았어요.

목수는 여우에게 화가 났어요.

"어째서 고맙다는 말을 하지 않는 거지?" 목수가 말했어요.

"물론 그러고 싶었죠" 여우가 말했어요.

"하지만 나는 당신의 손짓을 보았죠.

당신의 말과 행동은 일치되지 않는군요."

 

항상 말과 행동을 같이 해야 한답니다.
